OUR SERVICES

Planning & Development

Katalis can offer project development support from the outset, through the statutory permitting process and preliminary engineering.  This enables our clients to determine appropriate options for project construction and operation. Katalis provides support by either taking on a defined role such as a development services provider, concession bid manager, or technical reviewer or by being fully involved in all aspects of the project.  The services Katalis can offer minimise risk for stakeholders by verifying the development potential and economic viability of an identified site. Katalis will confirm that the project can be realised using existing engineering techniques and assist with the selection and implementation of appropriate methods and technologies to ensure client objectives are met.

Procurement

Katalis will help develop and review the design, programme, budget, procurement strategy and provide advice on construction plans for Clients.  Katalis can help minimise risks to client’s projects by verifying that designs are compliant with the requirements of the project, international standards and good engineering practice.  Robust competitive procurement strategies will enable the selection of appropriate and competent contractors and suppliers, secured on a firm contractual basis.

Construction Management

Katalis provides construction management services for the installation of your energy project.  Katalis can provide rigorous construction monitoring and quality assurance giving confidence that projects are constructed in line with specified time, cost and Quality, Health and Safety and Environmental (QHSE) objectives. This in turn will minimise risk and maximise returns on the client’s investment. An independent Owner’s Engineer provides the support you need to meet these challenges.

Due Diligence Support

Our solutions and recommendations help clients understand the risks of prospective projects from the onset. Katalis has the experience, strategic support management and analytical skills required to successfully navigate complex transaction structures. Katalis can offer clear advice on risk mitigation measures to implement in line with the client’s requirements.
